I have purchased a coupon/voucher how many can I buy of a single coupon?
As many as you wish. There is no limit to the quantity you may buy of a single coupon.

How is my payment transacted?
We use Authorize.net to transact all credit card orders, so your information is safe and secure.

Can I buy a "voucher" that I saw online?
If you do not see the deal on the site at the time you wish to buy, then the deal is no longer active. Be sure to keep checking the site for great deals.

What if I have a problem with an item?

What are your customer service hours?
We are open 8am-4PM Pacific time each day, you may reach out to us during that time Monday –Friday typical response time is contingent on how many customers are behind you.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping with every product ordered on our website, and we ship USPS. We also offer other expedited shipping methods at additional cost.

How do I find out if my product has shipped?
You will be notified by email every step of the way. Please note that a tracking number cannot be generated until the product has been taken by our carrier.

Do you ship to Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico?
Yes!! We ship everywhere, we aren’t going to reject you just because you live in Alaska!

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items using multiple shipping methods.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holiday we make every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it unless otherwise instructed. We utilize USPS as our carrier to provide you the best possible service.

Shipping to international destinations?
We currently ship to all countries and states, please note shipping charges will not be included as a free service if you are purchasing internationally.

What if I have an APO or FPO address?
One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed above. Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.

How do I track my order?

Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
No, sorry about that we currently only offer USPS  as a shipping option (united states postal service). It is majorly due to items being under 1lb.
